  • It adheres closely to the original teachings and sequences on equipment developed by Joseph Pilates. Classical Pilates teachers undergo rigorous training that includes mastering the original exercises, understanding anatomy, and how to tailor the practice to different bodies and abilities.

  • I can adapt or modify exercises for all fitness levels, introducing movements slowly for beginners and helping advanced students push their boundaries.

  • Just let me know if you have a previous injury - exercises can be modified or adapted to suit your needs and focus on your goals.

  • With just one to two sessions per week, the focus on core stability, full body activation & controlled movements connects your mind-body awareness, balances muscles you might not otherwise use & can help prevent injury.
